While Bikram Yoga can be a life changing experience, it is also an intense one. Arrive early to your first class. Not only will you be able to fill out the paper work, it also gives you a chance to become accustomed to the heat.
Inform the instructors that you are a new comer. They will be able to offer additional support and advice. Do not give up. Do not feel discouraged. And do not believe yourself to be weak. Believe that you can stay in the room.

When the class is finished, rest after final breathing. Do not leave immediately once class is done, give yourself some time to rest and full collect yourself. Your body needs to rest. For at least two minutes.
